Geers hearing acoustics offers service at the highest level. The new concept was also to be modern, functional and comfortable so that customers not only feel that they get the best advice but also feel comfortable on the premises. In looking for a suitable partner for the company, the choice fell on Hoffmann Interior. Geers got everything from a single source from the interior design experts: general contracting expertise and first-class services in shopfitting and workspaces.

There was a three-week time frame for each location during which the organisation of the trades, the production of all furnishing elements and the installation had to be completed. Six stores were therefore established between September 2018 and March 2019 with very different basic requirements: “This included everything from new constructions to modifications and relocations to larger stores. In spite of this, we were able to successfully complete each project in approximately three weeks”, explains project manager Florian Fliss. The customers each get a completed interior design with wall panels in a light oak finish. In contrast, the vinyl flooring is a walnut colour and visually enhances a platinum white checkout counter. Chairs in “Geers green” pick up on the colour of the company logo and set harmonious colour accents.

The hearing studio offers some special features and is the centrepiece of each store at the same time: Some things need to be observed so that standard hearing tests can be carried out in a professional manner. For Hoffmann Interior, this meant that exact specifications had to be observed for the placement of speakers and chairs. This meant that there was close cooperation with the planning department and the parent company Sonova Retail Deutschland GmbH during each phase.

In addition to tailor-made general contracting services for the locations in Hamburg, Hanover, Herzogenaurach, Lübeck, Munich and Havixbeck, furniture was also produced for a store in Weener.
